04 — Our process

The way we work

Four movements, repeated on every commission — from a first sketch to a signed completion certificate.

Brief & feasibility

We test the brief against plot, code and budget before a single line is drawn, so the concept that follows is one that can actually be built.

Concept & design

Architecture and engineering develop together. Massing, structure and services are reconciled early, when changes are still cheap.

Authority & documentation

Full BIM coordination and authority submissions handled in-house, with drawing sets detailed for the contractor who has to build them.

Supervision & handover

Site supervision through to snagging and handover — the same team that drew it signs it off.
